Thunderbird Artists brings its award-winning magic to the Scottsdale Waterfront, turning the canal banks into a sophisticated celebration of fine art, music, wine, and indulgence. Patrons are invited to wander among masterpieces—vivid paintings, striking bronzes, dazzling glass, stone and copper creations, breathtaking photography, and jewelry that sparkles with imagination.

The Waterfront itself adds a touch of romance to the experience, with shimmering reflections dancing across the water, palms swaying in the breeze, and striking public art enhancing the vibrant atmosphere. Surrounded by chic boutiques, world-class dining, and open-air courtyards with a European flair, this setting elevates the festival into something unforgettable.

More than an exhibition, the Waterfront Fine Art & Wine Festival is where artistry, beauty, and style converge—an experience as inspiring as it is indulgent.

Meet our Featured Artist, Jennifer Rae Ochs

Profile of a woman with long blonde hair, wearing pink sunglasses and a blue sweater, looking out at the beach and ocean with cloudy sky.

Jennifer Rae Ochs, born in Minnesota, discovered her passion for art through sculpture, photography, and mixed media before embracing acrylic painting as her primary medium. Guided by the discipline she developed as a classical pianist, she pursued art after graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1997. Travels across five continents shaped her perspective before she settled in Los Angeles, where her career began with a sold-out debut at Bergamot Station in 2004. By 2006, she was exhibiting internationally at the Sejong Museum of Art in Seoul, South Korea, which led to over a dozen additional shows and cultural exchanges that emphasized art as a universal language. Inspired by her journeys through the Middle East, South America, Asia, and Europe, she developed collections rooted in the landscapes, cultures, and people she encountered.

Ochs later expanded her creative reach through Rae Art Enterprises and JRO ART Design Studio, producing wearable art, décor, and brand collaborations with companies like New York & Company and Shoe Dazzle. Her work has appeared in People Magazine, been shared by Hollywood A-listers, and is collected worldwide across private, public, and corporate spaces. Dividing her time between Los Angeles, Minnesota, and international tours, Ochs continues to merge travel, music, and storytelling into vibrant abstractions that celebrate life, imagination, and human connection.
